welcome to the sweetheart suite, a private salon created to romanticize your beauty experience. as a passionate artist + licensed master cosmetologist your hair is my most cherished artwork. my hope is that you leave my chair looking and feeling like the best version of yourself. xoxo, kaitlyn new clients, i know it’s nerve-wracking booking with a new stylist. i want to make the booking process as easy & stress-free as possible for you. if you have any questions at all please feel free to message me at @hairandkaitlyn or texting 404-341-0399 returning clients, if you did not prebook your maintenance at your last appointment with me, online booking is turned on for 4 weeks in advance. if you would like to book a saturday or more then 4 weeks out, feel free direct message me on instagram or text me directly. before/after hours appointments available upon request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
i understand that life can be unpredictable, but i value my time and the time of my clients. when you book an appointment with me, i reserve that time specifically for you and often turn away other clients to ensure i can accommodate your needs. if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow these steps: up to 48 hours before your appointment: * cancel or reschedule through my booking website. less than 48 hours before your appointment: * message me directly to cancel or reschedule. fees for late cancellations: * if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment without notice (no call, no show), 50% of your appointment fee will be charged to the card on file. important: please note that a credit card is required to secure your booking when you schedule online. by booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy and authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable fees. i'm committed to providing you with the dreamiest experience at the sweetheart suite. i appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my cancellation policy. let's work together to create a beautiful and stress-free experience. i cannot wait to style your hair <3
